Banana and Kiwi Crunch - Quinoa Dessert recipe

This recipe is an adaptation of one from the Complete Guide to Cooking Quinoa.
It makes a great dessert. I think Quinoa and walnuts were made for each other.

This is not a very healthy quinoa recipe but it is very tasty quinoa recipe

Ingredients

    1/4 cup margarine
    1 cup homemade breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup cooked and prepared quinoa
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1 tub of low fat natural yoghurt
    1/2 banana sliced
    1 kiwi fruit peeled and sliced

Method

    Melt the margarine in a frying pan
    Add the breadcrumbs and quinoa and cook until golden
    Remove fro mthe heat and addthe walnuts and the sugar
    Divide the mix into smalll serving dishes alteranting with slices of the fruits
    Top each dish will a dollop of yoghurt and a slice of kiwi fruit
